Inauguration of NICU & VIP Rooms

On March 30, 2025, Rajasthan Sewa Sadan Hospital, located in Jugsalai, Jamshedpur, celebrated a major step forward in its mission to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare with the inauguration of a newly constructed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and two VIP rooms

A New Era for Maternal and Child Health

The ceremony was marked by the presence of prominent figures from the community and the hospital management team, who performed the deep prachalan (lighting of the lamp) and ribbon cutting.

  • The NICU was formally inaugurated by Shyam Sundar Khemani.
  • The two new VIP rooms were jointly inaugurated by Ratanlal Agarwal and Ashok Agarwal.

Crucially, the refurbishment of the NICU was made possible through the generous CSR fund donation provided by Suraj Logistics Private Limited.

This modernization is expected to bring significant improvement in maternal and child health services, ensuring that more families receive better medical care.

Following the inauguration, the chief guests and dignitaries thoroughly inspected the hospital premises and gathered detailed information regarding the facilities available to patients.

A Foundation Built on Service

The inauguration of these facilities aligns with the hospital's long-standing dedication to service. Established by the Marwari community in 1988, Rajasthan Sewa Sadan is committed to offering high-quality medical services at affordable rates for the general public.

The institution currently provides several advanced amenities to its patients, including:

  • A modern Kidney Dialysis Center
  • A high-level ICU (Intensive Care Unit)
  • A cutting-edge modular Operation Theatre
  • Air-conditioned patient rooms and doctor restrooms
  • Pre- and Post-operative wards
